Natalie is one of the teachers for the 4 year old Banksia Groups.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Education and Diploma of Teaching, both in Early Childhood with over 23 years’ experience.
Natalie loves seeing what each day with the beautiful children brings.
Kristen is one of the teachers for the 4 year old Banksia Groups.
Kristen has a Diploma of Education in Early Childhood and a Bachelor of Teaching with over 15 years’ experience.
Kristen’s favorite quote is by Valerie Wilks:
“I promise you every day your child will learn something. Some days they will bring it home in their hands. Some days they will bring it home in their heads, And some days they will bring it home in their hearts."
Lauren is the teacher for the 3 year old Bottle Brush group.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Teaching, a Diploma in Children's Services and a Certificate III in Children’s Services.
Lauren's favourite part of the job is seeing the children grow and hearing the funny things they say.
Nabaruna
3YO MANNA GUMS TEACHER
Nabaruna is the teacher in the 3 year old Manna Gums group.
Nabaruna says, "Hello Everyone, My name is Nabaruna (Nab). I have recently joined the Lipscombe Kindergarten team in the Opals group.
A kindergarten experience is so much more than just care- the years before school are key to a child’s holistic development. My philosophy as an educator is to provide enriching experiences for children that will keep the spirit of exploration, curiosity, and adventure alive in young children
ALLISON
3YO BOTTLE BRUSH/MANNA GUMS CO-EDUCATOR

Allison has a Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies with over 15 years’ experience working in various roles in Early Childhood settings.
Allison’s favourite part of the job is the shared experience of watching children master new tasks, delighting in their humour and seeing early friendships form is exciting as an educator.
MEGAN
3YO BOTTLE BRUSH/MANNA GUMS CO-EDUCATOR
Megan is the co-educator for the 3 year old Bottle Brush and Manna Gums groups.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Primary Education and a Certificate III in Children's Services, with 12 years of experience working with children. She is passionate about discovering each child's unique interests and fostering strong, supportive relationships through play, enthusiasm, and encouragement.
NANCY
4YO BANKSIA CO-EDUCATOR
Na
Nancy holds a Diploma in Children’s Services.
Nancy loves watching the children learn through play and seeing their self confidence grow.
CHERIE
4YO BANKSIA CO-EDUCATOR
Cherie is one of the co-educator for the 4 year old Banksia groups.
Cherie says, "My name's Cherie and I've completed both a cert 3 and diploma in early childhood. I have been in the early years sector for 13 years. The most amazing thing about my role is being a safe place for children to engage in play based learning and building positive connections. My phrase I love using is "teach children kindness"
Kylie
4YO BANKSIA CO-EDUCATOR
Kylie is one of the co-educator for the 4 year old Banksia groups.
Kylie holds a Certificate III in 'Early Childhood & Care'.
Kylies favourite part of her job is watching the children grow, learn and explore at kinder and the fun that it brings
Laura
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION/ EDUCATION SUPPORT
Laura has a Diploma Childrens Services and Community Service as well as a Diploma in Mental Health. She has worked in the field for over 15 years.
Laura says, "I love being able to listen to the children's stories, and watch them grown and change through their kinder journey.
From both a staff and children's point of view I am extremely passionate about the Wellbeing of the people, both big and little in our kindergarten and our local community - being able to see the smiles on people's faces brings me great joy."
